The love-or-hate relationship in the Delaware Valley w/ Morey is mostly related to how one feels about the Harden trade, and James Harden in general.
Elton Brand's legacy will be unfortunately tied to the Tobias Harris contract, although he deserves the lion's share of the credit for Tyrese Maxey.
When is the article/conversation that maybe Embiid isn’t good enough to get out of the second round? Last years team had everything it needed to get to the ecf. Embiid wasn’t good enough.
When you say this will be Tobias' best season because of Nick Nurse, its simultaneously an indictment of Doc Rivers ( who was hired by Ownership and Elton Brand). So in essence this is Morey's first clean slate and he may be fired because….? If you have no stability at the administrative level, you won't have any on the court either. Let Morey and Nurse do their thing and as one Aaron Rodgers likes to say R-E-L-A-X.
I really think it's going to be a good season. The Harden drama, is distracting folks from really looking at the roster without Harden, and how good Maxey really is.

Moreys ultimate failure was talent evaluation. Haliburton vs James Harden. Pure and simple. In retrospect, Haliburton is obviously answer. And if they had done that deal, they'd still have draft assets, and possibly able to bring in Harden anyway.
Basically he made a win now vs win long term deal. And it didn't pan out. So here we are.

Morey’s legacy is one trade for Harden in 2012 that saved his job. Dude is 16 seasons in and made 2 Conference Finals, that’s a 1 conference finals every 8 year average. He destroyed 1 franchise and is on his way to destroying a second. Legacy lmaooo
A lot of sixers fans don't believe in Tobias but as a Nets fan I agree with Nick nurse and he's annoying against my team. He's like how I view Rui achimara for the Lakers both are best in the post. They can make the outside shots but I'll live with that , I'm just saying they do the most damage in the low post
