More minutes for Trey is good, he is the best net guy with his incredible efficiency, spacing and play finsihing, but also bringing good defense. There is no downside to playing him, he will give more room for Zion and Ingram to work, or CJ if he's handling the ball. If he is back to his fullest strength, I would also start him more than not.
Having Dyson off the bench (and Naji when he gets back) is great as an extra playmaker and defender with size, those are probably the most important bench guys as you don't really lose much when you play them and other scorers are still on the court.
