Sorry to say. That is what you are going to get with Fred. Fred will look good in advance stats but will bring a team down. Ofcourse he's going have a good game every now and then but most games will look like this with him.

In terms of defense, FVF and Brooks help. But Jalen is one of the worst defenders in the league, and Jabari has the physical tools but has a lot to learn still. Alpie is lead-footed and only puts in occasional effort and focus
