    Why do the league wait a week after the last preseason game to start the season? At the most, it should be 3 days.

    I said what I said….I think the Lakers are too top heavy and injury prone to make the playoffs. Dallas is a mess. Until Kyrie proves that he can play WITH someone else, I don't think they make the playoffs.

    I don’t know. I think until
    Zion plays a full season of going all out we don’t know how much talent this team has. I think Zion is so talented and gifted that he can elevate the team. If Zion reaches his reasonable potential this season then the Pels are top 3. I think the lakers, gsw and Sacramento are overrated. I think the suns might be horrible defensively. I just don’t see any of the teams as unbeatable. U think peak Zion with health thru can be the one seed in the west. These teams are not dominate. Jokic is not a dominating player. KD, Steph, Lebron are older. Kawhi and Paul George won’t stay healthy. If the pelicans can just get some normal health for their best players they can win the west. Most likely outcome they are 5-7. Worst case scenario they are play in again.

    Out of any team, the Suns are by far the most overrated. They have excellent shotmaking and relied on that during last year's playoffs to get them through games, but none of it was easy offense. Meanwhile they have glaring defensive issues. I think healthy Pelicans will have far less problems with the Suns than vs the Nuggets.

    The Grizzlies might be a talented team, but their issues are more related to missing their stabilzing force of Tyus Jones. Whenever Ja was out, he was the one keeping them afloat and on a good winning pace, by making sure their offense kept running.

    Nuggets deserve to be favourites in West, but if Zion is healthy for the season, then I've little doubt the Pels can be 2nd.
