So when Rick Carlisle stepped down, I was pretty circumspect. It was probably time to move on. Rick was close to completely losing Luka’s ear. And as a fan, I thought the major upside would be we don’t have to deal with Rick’s tendency to just fuck around with the rotation the first half of the season.
Well, now we got a coach who is seemingly willing to fuck with the rotation for 82 games.

As much as I love watching Luka heroics, can we try making it easier and not harder for once?
I swear these guys fetishize Dirk’s lone title so much that they’d rather give Luka an impossible road to overcome and winning *one* title instead of the 3+ he’s easily capable of winning.

I’m the biggest Kidd hater and I’m surprised people didn’t expect the Mavs to go small with Claxton out.
Dwight is a decent wing defender so I was expecting him and Maxi to play over Lively. Even then Dereck got pretty good minutes as a rookie in his second game against a small team.

Jason kidd is repeating what he did in Milwaukee one good year then once teams figured his defensive schemes out nothing. He had really bad rotation bad communication skills and alienated players exactly what he’s doing here. Really dumb bad rotations and bad coaching decisions. Idk how people defend him just look at history repeating himself. Read a couple of old bucks threads.
