Finch is bad, has been bad. And the only reason he gets such a pass is because people think “being the 2nd best coach in franchise history” means something for one of the worst franchises in all of pro sports. It’s downright comical. This team has underperformed their talent ever since he got here and he’s still okay with the team’s “best players” making idiotic decisions night in and night out.

I am not sure other coaches need to make adjustments. The team seems to naturally go away from what is working anyways.
