If we’re a top 3 seed he’ll win it in my view. He would’ve won it last year too imo if we were top 3. MVP is as much abt team success as player success.

He’s simply the best player in the world right now, he improved every segment of his game, is in shape and has a better squad around him than last season. Let’s hope he has enough help and the Mavs are lucky when it comes to injuries, as they will need to be decently placed at the end of the season for his individual stats to matter when it comes to MVP battle. Looking good so far.

Fantastic breakdown to give us “mortals” a glimpse into the 15 different things going through Luka’s head every time up the court. Lively will keep developing into a deadly lob threat and combo. In all honesty it’s what DP was before he tore his ACL back in 2019? I excellent PnR and understanding how and when to roll. Tyson is doing wonders with Lively already. Once Kai gets going he can run two man with him and defenses really stand no chance. Luka is locked in for sure
