After a great rebuilding, the purpose is to be a contender for the champ. When it’ll be possible ? Next season ? In 2 years? 3,4,5? And what is the best strategy to follow now according to you to become a real contender?

While OKC may be good on paper, they’re still super young and will get much better the older they get. 3 yrs seems like awhile, but OKC will still be one of if not the youngest teams contending for a title in 27.
Today
The first year I think it would be feasible is two seasons from now, the 25-26 season. That’s if things break right and somebody takes a legitimate star leap, either JDub, Chet, or Giddey. If none of those guys take that leap, then I think we’re at least three years away from true contention and that it’ll require a pretty significant trade to get there.
Next season… they just need a bit of experience
we winning the ring next season after we give a great 7 battle series in the 2nd round.
