First! Surprise they need their stars.
Spurs weren't trying to foul KD at the end. They were trapping him and then attempting a steal. The crime isn't that the refs didn't call a foul, the crime is that the suns didn't call for a time out when the trap came. Suns are going nowhere without Booker.

When you get yourself in one ball decides situation vs one of the three worst teams in the conference the bad/good call really isn't the problem.
Shaving points sometimes leads to straight losses.
Loosing such games may cost dearly, home court advantage should be priority, especially against Denver, and wouldn't be bad vs GSW or LAC.
The teams now are so secretive of player injuries. They need to shorten the season if their bodies can't handle it. They want to avoid that because they want the bread. Is it a surprise all the best teams have rested a player this week. If they are healthy enough to play they should take pride in that. It is disrespectful to the fans. If you cant stay healthy till the playoffs maybe you are not qualified.

What a stupid way to lose.. Suns got cocky and thought the game was over when they were up 20 and completely took their foot off the gas. They better come with a vengeance on Thursday and win by 50 to make up for this pathetic performance.
Anyone else notice that Grayson and Gordon have a really good first half scoring wise then in the second half go cold and hardly score any points? Seems to me that is the main problem with the current roster. No fire power in second half, they rely on Durant too much. Same issue they had under the previous coach with Booker and CP3.

Spurs out hustled the suns in the final quarter. When book and Beal get back they won’t take their foot off gas pedal so they should blow teams out on a nightly basis. Not worried at all
Disappointing start for sure. Durant has proven now vs the Lakers and Spurs that he is not going to be our closer. Both winnable games with a major let down KD.

The two things that pissed me off were not calling a timeout and kd not boxing out
Vogel needed to call time when KD got pinned in that corner. KD got fouled. He got smacked right on his arm
Booker has a sore toe, then a sore foot, now a sore ankle. What's next a sore leg? Phoenix being so quiet about these injuries should call for fines. This is ridiculous that two of our top three players cannot show up to play during the beginning of the season. They will be disqualified from all NBA before they know it. It does raise some eyebrows too because if they are not healthy at the beginning of the season how are they going to fair half way through it?
This type of loss makes a fan angry because it makes no sense. Just when we're all feeling comfortable with Vogel, he makes a serious error that no NBA coach should make. So now, on top of the injury mysteries we're faced with the choice to just blow it off, or be concerned. If we lost the game any other way, we could blow it off. But losing this way brings us right back to the reminders of Suns failures. Sorry, I've been a fan too long!
