Don’t take this too seriously because they’re the champs. That said, it’s kind of darkly funny for all this subs talk about their refusal to tank & how they can’t watch that again.
Well, two weeks in & we’re tied for 2nd most losses in the league behind only the Memphis Grizzlies total implosion.
I had no expectations, and still come away disappointed.
That top 5 defense the Bulls had last season looking more and more like a fluke

Bitim has a decent 3pt shot, I definitely want to see him get a few minutes and spot up some 3s.
I donāt understand why adding Carter and Craig have done literally nothing to help with the 3 pt shooting, but AKME looks even more pathetic now. Shoulda just blown it up at the deadline last year. Or in the off-season. Instead they delayed what for sure needs to be done at this years deadline. Maybe things would be better if they had fired the coach long ago like a competent organization wouldāve done.

If/when this team rebuilds PWill needs to be one of the players traded as well. No way in hell would I be locking into him in any sort of way. You donāt need his future $$$ clogging cap for how he looks.

If we were supposed to tank last year after the deadline maybe Billy and the team just got the memo.
This team just doesn’t have fight in them.
Zach makes bad plays on offense and defense in transition. Him driving into the paint to pass in a crowded area leading to a turnover or bad shot just doesn’t help.
Vooch might as well just been a cardboard stand in with the way he just stood there.
DeMar loves to take contested shots and foul on defense. Completely refusing to take 3s when he’s open. In fact he isn’t even setting screens when he can help the offense move.
Coby isn’t working with this starting group but I’m more inclined to believe nothing at all works.
Carter seems like he was the only one besides Caruso who wanted to show up and try on defense.
I’m ready to fire everybody and trade everything.
Water under the bridge at this point but man still wish the Bulls swung for the fences in that 2018 draft and took MPJ. Tank the next year while he rehabs and you end up with Ja or Zion. Got something to look forward to. Really don’t see the point of keeping our current squad together. Basketball purgatory.

The Bulls gave the LaVine era more of a leash than the Butler era. Love Zach and I know itās different front offices but man it has been organizational failure after failure since Jordan left. One ECF since 1998ā¦ONE. Weāre a poverty franchise at this point. š
There’s so much to be said about this game. Just blow it up already. Including Donovan and AKME too probably.
Donovan is so bad. Like I knew he wasn’t going to be that good at in game management and bad at putting in an offensive system. I didn’t realize how bad he would be at developing players too. I can’t think of one thing Billy does well.
1st half actually wasn’t that bad. That’s actually been a consistent theme this year. Why do we fall apart so horribly in the 2nd half?

Blow it up. The only player I care to see on the Bulls is Alex Caruso anymore. Jevon Carter is a nice person to have on the side too.
Chicago Blackhawks are more competitive than the Bulls that not rebuilding how is a rebuilding team better than them
