Spurs fan. Defense and bad passing are the Achilles heel of this young spurs team. They have so many people competing for minutes it's going to take a long time for this team to have solid depth and consistent good defensive play. Offense is solid enough to compete we with a lot of teams but can still get better. I feel like what we are seeing is Victor learning to play with the team instead is the team playing around Victor. I love Schohan at the point and I agree with many comments I've read saying he or the team needs to start building around wembys huge competitive advantage and be aggressive with that sooner in the game. That being said things will get better when Vassell gets back in the line up. I'd be worried about this team but with Pop at the helm I'm hopeful in the budding potential of this team. Watch Pop pull a Mr. Miyagi and have this team reasonably seasoned at the end of the year and dangerous. What an exciting basketball season.

There's no excuse for any player on the Spur's. The Pacer's were in the zone tonight. They could of beat any team in the NBA. I'm not a Pacer fan, but I give any team there prom's when they play like that. This can only make the Spur's better by playing teams like the Pacers.
