Brown, Holiday, Porzingis were -16, -19, -7 respectively. The timberwolves defense man. Rudy leads the league in Defensive rating (95.8) and defensive win shares (.6). Kyle Anderson still leads the league in defensive plus minus (3.6) and NAW is 4th (3.0), Mike Conley 12th (2.4), Rudy is 18th (1.9) just behind Joel Embiid. There will be a DPOY from this team this year. It will be Rudy. Last night Ant stifled one of the best players in the league at the end of the game and kept him from lighting the team up. The team has an identity. They are leaning heavily into it.
If our defense continues to play like this we are legit contenders!
Whenever KAT scores I just take a deep breath because he almost certainly offensive fouled his defender. It’s incredible how many dumb offensive fouls this man gets. That’s not a referee issue, that’s a KAT issue
