  1. Excellent points on Spida’s defense Troy. Under Pitino at Louisville Spida was an excellent defender. All League defender in the ACC. There’s nothing about him that’s changed from then to now other than effort and it being demanded of him. At 6’2” He plays much bigger than that and would compliment JB in the backcourt perfectly. Just a matter of time.

  2. Enough with the BS. Give it a rest! It’s not happening. The Knicks have Brunson they are good. They are not gutting the team for him.

  3. I would love Donovan Mitchell I don't care if we beat his team in the playoffs last year. There can only be champion. HIs a proven player; go get him. It's like and Larry Johnson and Spree. You get them for the moment they are going to come through.

  4. Knicks are still a clumsy team I'll take whatever talent we can get.

  5. Can we stop with all the trade talks? We whooped up on him last year. If he wants to come to New York (he probably does) let him come in FA

  6. Salute Troy. When will Rose make an appearance? Or how about doing something or signing someone over 6’6 or someone that he has to work to sign. How about drafting and developing. You drafted Jaylen Duran yet because of your win now but hasn’t won anything Head Coach you traded him for Cap space to sign Brunson. Who you could have worked out a sign and trade for had you not brought the Whole NY front office to his playoffs pissing off both Cuban and Ainge thus making them against dealing with the Knicks. Our supposed draft Capital is trash. Only our picks are unprotected. None of the other picks are Top 10. Thanks for standing your ground spitting the truth and not drinking the Kool Aid to get club access. We only use our picks to get rid of players Thibs devalued.

  7. Excellent analysis we are guard heavy, and I would hate to see some go, but that would be something special to see Spider in a Knicks uniform

  8. Why? His defense is suspect and what amount of players and pick’s will we have to give up to get him???? Not worth it.

  9. Stop 🛑 the Cap 🧢 — The Knicks consider Donovan Mitchell a good player but not a transcendent, over the top, main piece to win a Championship. Also with him and Brunson…the NY Knicks backcourt will be small. Mitchell and KAT is not dudes that push you over the Playoff hump. Utah traded him for a reason.

  10. Mitchell will always be connected to the NY Knicks because he’s from Westchester NY. Donovan Mitchell is NY home grown talent. This is no shade to Mitchell, he is flat out nice in basketball and a Star 🌟- Embiid is a #1 option and MVP player to build for a Championship.

  11. True but of all the major sports, basketball is the game that one player has the most influence. You play offense and defense and potentially play the whole game. Mitch is great offensive player but mediocre defender. Let’s see if it happens tho. What package are we talking about for him?

  12. Although Mitchell is an outstanding player, he is not a good fit for this Knicks team that has Jalen Brunson as it's cornerstone. I would rather see the Knicks focus on keeping Quickly, who is a much better fit.

  13. NY you can have Mitchell. In return Cleveland gets Josh Hart, Dante DiVincenzo, RJ Barrret and three 1st round picks

  14. I think Mitchell buys in to Thibs system and becomes a problem on the backcourt on Defense as well as offense. It would be great as long as we can keep RJ and Robinson as pieces . Then we wouldn't need KAT because he is dead weight. I watch the Wolves games on Courtside and he really isn't a factor. I belive getting Sims ready for a bench PF and picking up a decent starting PF in the draft or FA seals it.
