They may be well over 500 early on- with the starters getting rest and a top bench, but the dubs have a tough decision to make when it comes to their center rotation, considering their lack of athleticism, interior defense and rebounding. Stay tuned for that after we evaluate a few stellar showings from Curry & Paul.

Kerr hates rookies 😢
Playing TJD would mean Kerr has to bench his favorite player. Looney.
TJD has great potential, but the starters are CHAMPIONS, what are you saying???? Night and Day comparison..
Loon may not be in peak form but he is not the reason the starting 5 is underperforming. Wiggins has been MIA and Klay while playing much more controlled efficient basketball is still a shell of the player he once was. Dray has been surprisingly aggressive which is nice but I'd be shocked if that continues all season long.
Personally I think Kerr needs to be ruthless with Klay and Wiggins if they can't be bothered to give effort then they can lose minutes to Moody and JK who clearly want it more even if JK in particular can still be erratic.
I think they need to bring JK to starters. Put wiggins on second team until he gets himself together and chris paul can baby sit him until he gets his head and the game and he could be of use.
Surprised you didn't juxtapose Wiseman (he did make an appearance for Pistons) to show just how much more polished and ready to play TJD is in comparison. There is no system more complicated than the Warriors approach and have no doubt this has much to do with Kerr's reluctance…however, Kerr is also on record with rewarding playing time to those players who demonstrate progress in practice as well as in games (remember last year when Moody would get noticably more playing time than Jonathan Kuminga)…but he is just as quick at making game time adjustments (I can't be the only one noticing the absence of Wiggins in crunchtime). I definitely agree TJD should get more playing time…but I know these minutes will have to be earned. On the other hand….how about my personal favorite, Gary Payton II….he's is off to a flying start this season…notice his behind the head slam made ESPN top ten plays. Again, love your use of slo-mo and stop action to break down the fast action.
Honestly, steve kerr doesn't know what to do with height. That's the problem he doesn't trust it and he doesn't have vision for it. He has to make changes and expand his coaching. Yes, guards and heighty guards are easier to get more dependingable in his system. But frankly, tall ball is here. And he has to have side plans to deal with it.
They absolutely need TJD to be ready to contribute by the playoffs. He needs a consistent rotational role maybe 10 min a game until he learns, then gradually build him up to 20 min. He's exactly what they need physically ( size, motor, athleticism ) and he's their only insurance against injury. Now if we can only get Kerr to play him.
"Loon Dog". Ha!
Patience and learn.
Sure looks like he's ready to play some minutes to me! (but what do i know? very little actually)
TJD deserves more playing time.
ABSOLUTELY we need TJD to be that Rim runner and lob threat off the bench. He is a mobile big and has quick feet and can able to defend good centers. Looney is getting used a lot and I have hope that he’s gonna stay healthy for the whole season but like it’s not bad to have a big that can be somewhat of what javale did in the championship years and bring that young energy to the aging warriors squad.
Imo, TJD best suit the 2nd unit cause Saric is kinda weak as stretch 5 he’s more like a tall wing. GP2 can take some minutes of either Loon,Wiggs or Klay in the starting lineup cause Dray can slide to 5. We need JK in 2nd unit as scorer.
They terribly need TJD to learn a specific role as a center. Kerr should recognize that he has to play TJD in regular season games so he can grow on and off the game.
Tbh, Kerr doesn't have to worry about having to play TJD in large amount of minutes as long as he's on the floor with CP3.. You can see the kid how he follows CP3's lead in rebounds, pick and rolls and staggard screens…. But who am I to dictate against a Hall of fame coach, I'm just also a fan of the game.. lol!
