  5. I often hear in the gym that your body is what you absorb. Not what you eat. Maybe that's why he's hardly get any weight 🤔

  6. Man, Chet has great foot work and does a lot defensively for his size. He'll never be a bully ball player, but he's someone you can use as a great defensive peice if you just acknowlegde his agility and is better off playing as a SF than a Center.

  9. Either he isn’t putting in the weight lifting work or the trainer is clueless. More than likely it’s the former. I had the same type of build growing up and my son is facing this same issue but is putting on weight as a 6’4 sophomore. He needs to lift heavy and low rep. Not more than twice a week in the off-season.

  10. Put it into context.. NBA people have been harassing Jokic for being "fat" for years. It was obviously a joke alluding to that. I bet Chet understood that and didn't take offense

  11. Some people struggle to put on "Fat" no matter how hard you try your body will alwaystry harder to burn out the calories overnight. Its harder to gain fat when youre skinny, than to lose weight when youre fat.
