Man their spacing and defense is so chaotic. It’s just guys running around the floor without any discipline to stay on their man. Defenders are not staying in front of their assignments. No one blocks out in the low block for rebounds. When the opposing team makes the extra pass they get wide open shots. We need a few veterans to slow the game down a bit on defense and teach the young kids how to defend. I’m sure Pop has a plan. The first half of the season is usually when he tries a bunch of combinations of players on court then the second half things get more structured. Lets see what happens. Edit: Wemby needs to work on his picks…because he doesn’t. Give it a couple more seconds big man. 😂

Me at the beginning of the season: “Huh, seems like we’re giving up a lot of open threes. They’re probably going to need some time to get the defense together after being intentionally bad last season. I should give it like 20-30, it’ll probably get better.” Me after 4 games: “I… I should give it 20-30 games and it’ll probably get better.” Me now: “!@#$!@#$….. I mean… I should give it 20-30 games.”
