“The Denver Nuggets improved to 6-0 at home with Wednesday’s 108-105 win over the Golden State Warriors.

Here are three takeaways from Ball Arena:

    1. Few players on the Nuggets deserve the next couple of days off as much as Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. Denver’s starting two guard spent most of his 35 minutes chasing Warriors star Stephen Curry all over the court. Curry still managed to finish with 23 points, but five of those came from the foul line, as he finished 6 of 17 from the field. Even after all that work, Caldwell-Pope had enough left in the tank to sink two crucial free throws in the final minute. The Nuggets probably don’t win this one without KCP’s contributions on both ends. The veteran guard was once again Denver’s defensive player of the game.”
