That’s a cherry picked stat if ive ever seen one lol but he’s definitely improved as a distributor and facilitator this season in Harden’s absence. Dude is a bona fide star
A 2:1 ratio is considered healthy, a 3:1 ratio is considered elite…but a 6:1 ratio I’d say is indicative that he can be way more aggressive! In a weird way I want that ratio to go *down*. Work on hunting his own early in the game, work on attempting riskier passes. Use the early season to really test his actual limits, then tone it back accordingly throughout the season
It’s something else watching his game evolve. Having a true homegrown star that takes strides each year is one of the best feelings in sports. Even better when he is by all accounts a fantastic person.
