They have Boban for this role to play against big men. His problem is the speed of the game. He is slow.

He sprained his ankle but he played through it. It was probably super sore so luckily he didn’t sprain it as bad as Amen did. Won’t be shocked if the rockets won’t play him in the next game or two.
But it’s going to be hard without Sengun since he is our engine without him that means Jalen Fred and Jabari has to step up on offense and we are going to see a lot of uncle Jeff and hopefully Landale can be decent hopefully
As for Dillion Brooks winning DPOY if he keeps it up he will be in the running but he might have Chet Gobert and maybe Smart as competition
As for Cam he just has a lot of people ahead of him Tari Tate Uncle Jeff. He wasn’t going to get any playing time. Again Rockets fans there no rush to play him let him develop this year and learn and in 2024 he can take that leap
Rockets are contenders or play-in bound if they continue playing last game against Lakers. Just a few trades and roster changes to improve their bench pieces like:
Trading Oladipo & two 2nd round picks to the Bulls for Caruso.

If Zion sits along with Alvarado and McCollum I'd probably sit Alpy just to be on the safe side. I'd start Jeff Green at Center though and keep Landale coming off the bench.

Brooks is not even dpoy of the houston as of now. Jae'Sean Tate better in defensive rating, steal pct, defensive box plus minus, defensive rebounds, blocks.
