Well, we are only 23 points away from being a real contender!

  2. Beginning_Holiday_42

Not everyday you see og and Scottie with a worse plus minus than Malachi Flynn

  3. Raptorsthrowaway1

Boston just added KP and Jrue to a contender level team. We are just plainly not in the same league as they are. Not mad at the result tonight.

However…. it does further highlight this teams significant issues. We dont have the depth, scoring or shooting to hang with these guys outside of catching lightening in a bottle. We arent one or two steps away, we are leaps away.

Particularly concerned about Precious. This was the return we got for the GROAT…… thats a tough pill to swallow. There is definitely a world where he doesn’t get offered any form of extension this coming offseason

  4. mMounirM

Can we go back to Scottie running the offense with the starters?

just not worth it involving Siakam more and putting Scottie to the side with the bench imo.

past 2 games we involve Siakam more and look what happens to Scottie lol

  5. peroper7

Ate rocks, onto the next one

    Boston is very good

  6. jjkiller26

Yea Scottie still got a lot he needs to improve on, relying way too much on his jumper

  7. AreYouAJedi

Sucks to get destroyed like that but we got outclassed by a far superior team. It is what it is

  8. Oukasagetsu

Malachi’s vision and iq seems to have taken a leap lately

  9. Legitimate-Software7

Well, we’re facing the most unserious team in the league next. That’s a nice consolation

  10. pascalshaka

Games like this are gonna happen. Boston is really good. Hope the raps come out with fire next game. Can’t blame Brown and Tatum for that stat pad special, but not a fan of Joe for that lol

  11. Cheechers23

Yeahhh just flush that one down the toilet and move on lol

  12. Doughy_Joey

Bout to see some crazy takes on the thread lmao

People relax the Celtics are just kinda really good

  13. MOinthepast

Well, I mean, the loss was predictable, but not such a poor performance from our starters and a disaster on the bench. Everyone is to blame for this failure. But we should not exaggerate it too much, the season is long and this team is going to experience many ups and downs this season. As this game is not the only night that we lose badly, nights like our brilliance in our trip to Texas will definitely be repeated.

  14. GeniusMouthBreather

Has Scottie cooled off? Hopefully he shows up next game. Looked out of it vs Mavs and Celtics

  15. AlexRescueDotCom

Good game everyone! We’ll get em next time!

  16. MDS_1996

🤔 so the second night of a b2b isn’t a “scheduled loss” for other teams.

  17. TaylorRooksBathwater

Normally bad teams are playing their young prospects in a blowout, but they were out here playing Garret Temple and Thaddeus Young lmao. This roster looks so damn bleak.

  18. OguguasVeryOwn

Well this was the first time I can remember that the third quarter was a complete disaster. But I’m glad Darko called out that sociopath Mazzulla on the challenge. That was poor sportsmanship from Mazzulla for sure.

  19. Synaptix30

Not surprised. As much as I dislike the celtics back to the Xmas game lol. Oh well. Back to 500 on Monday?

  20. Pineali

4/15, 3/13, 6/17 from the field from your 3 top players. Shnasty, shnasty work.

  21. Surflover12

Barnes worst game of his career maybe

  22. Artohn08

Lmao at some of the comments around this game, yeah it sucked but what did we really expect against Boston. We all collectively agreed that this is a transition year, I get maybe we could have shown more effort but there’s only so much our core can do. Onto the next

  23. hamsterman2009

Every time I bet on raptor player props they start playing like fucking dumbasses

  24. Maple_Jerk

Reports of Scottie MVP have been greatly exaggerated

  25. The point of emphasis to get Pascal going in the first quarter is not fun to watch. Scottie takes a back seat and the offense doesn’t seem as free flowing and it’s predictable.

Teams know he is going to drive and do his herky jerky moves and if he doesn’t have anything he passes out. It worked against Dallas when he had the matchup advantage but we can’t rely on it to win against good teams that always have our number like the Celtics.

But Scottie was also shit today, shooting three’s instead of taking it down low against Jrue. He seems like he was lethargic tonight huffing and puffing every time they cut to him and he kept getting lost on defense. This team only goes if Scottie brings his A game.

  26. Plantedballer

We’re seeing again Pascal and Scottie can’t thrive together

  27. PaintTouches

The score makes it look closer than it was

  28. Inner-Length2972

i’m still salty at mazzulla challenging up 30 with like 3 minutes left lol what a bitch move

  29. Initial_Stretch_3674

The schedules really weird, why arent we facing the Rockets until Feb 2nd?

  30. IcyOrdinary1

We are a long way from boston talent wise. Games like these expose our flaws after all the warm and fuzzy from the dallas win.

  31. Icy-Lime-9760

Was expecting a loss, so I am not surprised. Celtics are a much better team.

  32. theuncleboz

What is this roster playing for if it’s 25+ points worse than the Celtics?

  33. Firm_Squish1

Brutal but not totally unexpected, Celtics kicked our ass all of last year and even if we haven’t gotten worse they haven’t either.

Just from a personnel standpoint we still need to exploit some 1 on 1 mismatches offensively and the Celtics simply don’t have any for us.

  34. Grandzeni87

Even garbage time for this team is abysmal. The struggle to score and defend is atrocious from top to bottom.. fuck

  35. Nunchuckery

What was Joe Mazzulla doing keeping Tatum and Brown in the game that long? Mind games for the Play In game? Just trying to run up the score? The fourth quarter just felt so strange… our bench vs their star players…

  36. Belieber_420

Expected loss of a mid team vs a contender

  37. idkytm7419

As soon as malchi came in we looked like we dont belong in the game before that we were runnin shit , Darko lets bullshit go on too long before making changes , gonna be rough watchin that in th eplayoffs if we make it

  38. prodigus01

The scary part is how JB and Tatum just effortlessly torched us.

They have hoopers top to bottom on that roster.

Half our roster just feels like they are just athletes masquerading as basketball players

  39. odontodoc

All around terrible game. Hope they learn from this and bring it next week.

  40. Phil_Dude

honestly feels like Boston has been clowning the Raps since 19/20 season, especially since that Bubble series. Unfortunately, our top guys just seem to wilt against them

  41. RepeatedLikeRepeated

Can dick please play with some balls, he just looks like hes trying to not fuck up

  42. The_Living_L

First couple games you had siakam being a spot up shooter not doing much while Scottie was getting all the touches and now Scottie is a spot up shooter while Siakam is getting the touches inside, it will just never work

  43. FidgetBTW

Did Darko just play our bench players more since we weren’t gonna win anyways, or what? Cause I don’t see why Flynn should have nearly as many minutes as Schroder
