Is Ochai Agbaji A Starter?

In this video we discuss the surprising output provided in the recent win against the Memphis Grizzlies by Ochai Agbaji and what the expectations for his playtime and stats will be going forward. He is a sneaky athletic 3 and D player that is rangy enough to handle being the point of attack defender anmd providing a solid scoring outut alongside Keyonte George and other guards willing to make the extra pass to him while he is in rhythm.

  1. I agree! I love Ochai’s 3pt shooting, athleticism, and perimeter defense. He can’t playmake to save his life, but he rarely makes selfish plays and is a great complementary player

  2. I can’t wait to see what the Jazz will look like in 2-3 seasons with a core featuring Keyonte George, Taylor Hendricks, Kessler, Ochai, and Lauri! We’d be an elite defense and offense if our young players reach their potential and if someone can be our secondary playmaker alongside KG

  3. I’ve always found myself liking Ochai more than most of my fellow Jazz fan peers. And I think the size he put on this summer that is very visible (just ask the ladies) will start to show on the court in certain small ball line ups 💪🏻

  4. I'm seeing Ochai as that guy you can plug into the starting 5 (as a SG or SF) in a pinch but will mostly lead the bench. I feel that his versatility is the best on the team, with the exception of playmaking, Ochai can do almost anything, be it shoot, cut, rebound, and defend 1 to even small 4s, you name it, he'll probably be up for it.

  5. Hes the new Royce O Neale basically! Hopefully he will cut and attack the rim more than Royce does.

  6. You're bang on the money with your Ochai analysis.
Personally I hope he is a Jazzer for life. Physical specimen, great athleticism, defender, shooter and an awesome person. Give the man minutes and money! He's a SF imo
