Pascal Siakam totaled a season-high 39 points (22 points in the 3rd quarter) to go along with 11 rebounds and 7 assists as Scottie Barnes added 19 points, 9 rebounds, 5 steals, and 4 assists for the Raptors. Kyle Kuzma scored a season-high 34 points while Daniel Gafford added 14 points and 9 rebounds for the Wizards. The Raptors improve to 5-5 while the Wizards move to 2-8 on the year.
The last team to overcome a deficit like this was the Chicago Bulls on April 2, 2023, as they overcame a 23-point deficit against the Memphis Grizzlies.
The 23-point comeback marks the 4th largest comeback for the Raptors in the last 25 seasons (Their largest was December 22, 2019 as the Raptors overcame a 30-point deficit over the Dallas Mavericks).
