That could have been phrased differently. Something along the lines of, “He was set to be a generational talent, someone with court vision, massive size, incredible strength, and the drive to win. Unfortunately, his knees were shot from years of thundering dunks and hard running. After seven knee surgeries, he retired before achieving the success Portland fans had hoped for and expected given Oden’s prowess and talented teammates.”

Should’ve given Drexler the D (phrasing, I know) and worked Lillard into an L. Deep down, we all know who the greatest Blazer ever actually is. I do appreciate the nod to the Glyde, but that could’ve been Geoff’s spot.
