Luka threw that game away turnovers, defense just terrible.

I hope the Mavs stay as they are …Andre Drummond would be a nice addition tho cause rebounding and D off the bench is a problem I would also look at Daniel Theis..not a great rebounder but similar to Maxi Kleber

This game had to be part of āthe scriptā . Game was to bad and idk if itās a good thing they have a b2b tomorrow.
The only reason you trade for Lavine is so you can have the most expensive 6th man in the league, you can not play Kyrie Luka and Lavine but having 2 on the court at all times would be fire. He would be an upgrade over THJ but $40M 6th man is not happening. Would take Caruso but would have to be for Holmes and a 1st. Thats somehow not enough and an overpay at the same time.
Can we trade Kidd? I feel like we missed out on the best summer to get a top tier coach given how many were available.

I would pass on the Bulls' players. Caruso would be interesting defensively but not only he will be expensive considering how many teams would be bidding but can the Mavs play him and Irving together and become even more undersized? Mavs need size.
You know its a bad sign when:
1) They play ultra small ball. Its them saying they cannot defend so they will try to outscore but it usually doesnt work
2) They make D Live shoot a three. He has potential but he doesnt have it right now
INFURIATING game! Screw soft, this was way past soft, borderline unprofessional. Played as if majority of the rotation was out all night, seemed tired, unfocused, zero hustle, no one diving for loose balls, zero defense, passes just directly to pel players. Anytime we face a team with length and Luka gets frustrated, allows blow-by's, we're toast.

That was hard to watch. Almost makes you forget they have a decent record and makes you want to hit the panic button. Thatās probably the worst game Iāve ever seen Luka play too, normally if his shot is way off like that he can figure out a different way to be effective like bully ball inside but tonight he was absolutely atrocious in every single aspect.
I donāt see how Mavs fans blame Powell for getting scored on when some Mavs donāt play defense in front of him

It's hard to overreact too much to this loss when the Mavs did almost the same thing to them 2 days ago. That said, it's somewhat concerning because there's no way that Pelicans team should be scoring 131 points.
Didnāt watch the game, but 8 turnovers? How does that even happen to a guy who handles the ball well?
