Something is definitely off with Pascal. He always had his ups and downs in previous seasons, but this season he just seems moody and disinterested. For him to only take 13 shots in a game where you're missing OG and Trent doesn't make sense. This level of passiveness is something new for him.
Pascal is at peak value. In the last year of a contract and is 29. I believe we can get 2 dynamic young players plus draft picks at the deadline for him.
The issue for the poor start is the substitution. You can’t sub out Scottie first especially when OG is not playing. He needs to sub out Dennis and bring in porter to stretch the floor with Scottie at the point. Scottie needs to set tempo for the game. Looking back at every game so far every time he subs Scottie out first we gig a hole for ourselves. Scottie does more than scoring him and OG sets the tone for the game on defence
Siaksm is bonafide… just because you're upset about losses doesn't mean you should neg Pascal everytime you get a chance… one of the greatest Raptors of all-time, show some respect
