Devin has to take charge sometimes and tell everyone how it is. He's won games being down 30 and done everything he said. It's too early for Victor to take on that role of carrying everyone with him, he will eventually, but you can't rely on McDermott to make five 3s in a row and on Victor to be 10 for 10 in the 4th quarter. Or yeah you're gonna get blown out. They have to find the intensity and mindset of last season at the very least, no surrender mindset, refs make a call you don't like fuck them, sometimes you have to outplay the other team and the refs. There's no excuses really at this level. You win or you don't, you can't halfplay every position on defense or force shots on offense and complain about the result.

This guy has the right attitude and so does Victor. It just takes time. I'm sure some of the players aren't the right players for the long run but you just have to get the best you can out of what you have. Hope Pop can keep that energy and stick around for a few more years.

Is it too much to ask to be able to hear the reporters' questions in a reasonable volume? I know NBA is not a super lucrative operation to be able to afford multiple microphones or a mic that can be pointed to someone speaking from a ditance, unlike the podcasting and vlogging industries that can afford such technologies.
