Yes they are, I think it is more due to Nurse and Maxey taking the next step. I suspect Harden would be averaging 10+ assists in a Nurse offense, but he wanted to go to LA.

Doc Rivers is just an unbelievably bad coach. Harden was not innocent but all of this stuff was an issue during Rivers first season.

Why we are better than last year:
-The wing position is of high quality with Covington, Oubre, Batum, Harris. The Harden trade has strengthened us.
-Tucker no longer plays and dumping him for 0 picks was a masterclass, he is very poor.
-Nurse is a better coach than Rivers.
-Maxey has improved (and Bev is better than Milton).
-In general, we have more players who take shots and make baskets but who are strong on defense.
