Take a look as the Phoenix Suns successfully challenged Kevin Durant’s initial foul on Lauri Markkanen to hold onto their lead over the Utah Jazz and end the game, 140-137, in double overtime.

Shut up and drive home in silence Jazz fans. 😂
Tough Call.
Got ball, but..
got hand next as released,
definitely in landing space.
Reversed, refs call foul on Markannen…
My Mann KD🏀💐
Refs didn’t want a triple OT😂
Double standard because if the same play had happened to the Raptors it would 100% be called a foul on the floor because the NBA HATES CANADA which is funny considering the NBA awarded Toronto an NBA team back in 1995.
Not a Jazz fan, but that was clearly a foul on KD. Oh well, guess ref’s just wanna go home and not have a 3OT 😅
No landing space and hit Lauri's hand (maybe hit ball first) and hand checked him during the shot. This is an obvious foul lmao
Can the jazz challenge the challenge?
KD been getting those foul calls in his favor his ENTIRE CAREER on jumpers but when the roles reversed, not a foul. Rigged sport.
definitely a foul
terrible call kd was all in his landing area he even took up all the space at the 3 pt line. where is lauri supposed to land, out of bounds?
Tough call
Lakers lost a similar challenge when AD hit someone exactly like that, in same situation. No Lakers don't get all the calls, refs just suck sometimes.
1. Pushed the player with his right hand
2. Hit the shooting hand in the act
3. Was in his landing spot.
Al clear fouls on the NBA rule book, yet they look the other way to davor the team with the most Star$$$ 🤔🤔🤔
If durant didn’t touch the ball maybe there’s a 3rd OT. But KD was on fire 🔥
I’m sure that after spending 10 minutes to make a call, the highest level basketball refs, with access to replay and a replay center of other highest level bball refs, in the world – made a call so bad it can be be defeated by a random anon 3 sentence yt commentators 🙄
Also world’s flat, illuminati drinks children’s stem cells, JFK was an inter-dimensional being, Hillary Clinton touches children with pizza slices, bill gates microchips. ALL TRUE. PURPLE PILLED. NBA WAS AN INSIDE JOB. ADAM SILVER BERMUDA GHOST ISLAND. BIG BABY DAVIS WAS FRAMED!!
The clock didn’t start when he touched the ball?
If that's the other way around KD is 1000% shooting free throws lol.
1:00 It's not even KD's hand, he jump into Lauri's body thus taking away his landing spot making it a foul..😅🤦🏻♂️
1:23 Look where KD jumped & where he landed after. Didn't give Lauri any landing spot. KD should've jumped straight up..😅🤦🏻♂️
Why is no one talking about the landing space? Durant literally jumped in his landing space 😂
Clearly a foul
Foul! Seriously, bad call refs
Yeah right yea ok
They all pretend innocence
I'm sorry man but that's a foul.
That play can be a no call in real time, no problem. But under replay that is def a foul.
Agreed
1. KD’s off hand comes off before shooter goes up. No foul.
2. Ball is blocked before follow-through contact. No foul.
3. Shooter is fading away, with KD NOT landing under him. No foul.
Superstar treatment 😂😂😂
NBA is fixed.
Ask yourself, if that was KD getting blocked, do they reverse it?
That's my problem with it.
Announcers don’t know basketball and they’re getting paid big bucks for this. Embarrassing for Utah they can’t do better? 🤡
Ok. Let's go back to all the other fouls where the ball was touched first, then touched the player afterwards. BS making up rules as they go. Now was his hand going in a forward motion? Tough call. Lol
Luka’s work wife called that stupid foul😂😂😂
Refs ruined a great game. I hate challenges!
Wait.. Durant landed outside of the court? Wasnt there some rule that blocker cant land on the thowers landing area? I mean.. of course Lauri landed even further, but if he would have landed directly down he would have landed on Durants feet.
😂that was a clear block, KD shows us how experience he is & his basketball iQ is amongst d best. markkanen is #5th on 3pt field goal made official leader in 2023-24 he would not let lauri just take shot easily it would b a high percentage chances d ball going in if he would. Kd new where d ball was going.
Nice to see the good sportsmanship between them after
Flagrant as lands under feet
refs just wanted to go home xD
for me its a clear block
Still to show love after the game immediately after a call you may not agree with. Class all around. Lauri has been balling these last few seasons. They will meet again.
KD blocked the ball before it hit Lauri's right hand. The landing area is questionable because Lauri faded away, but KD's left foot was very close and most likely in the landing zone. Most likely the referees did not give much credence to this. The most questionable potential foul would be the hand check with a slight push on Lauri's torso. A veteran move by KD.
What a load of bs??!! Durant touched his wrist then his forearm. Neither of these things are orange spherical objects. Ref just wanted to get back to the motel
Refs just wanted to go home
