They were ALL TIME DOMINANT On Defense that year. They would have been even better with this group and Udoka. Udoka realized their potential while with Mazzulla thay are only "scratching the surface." But Keep acting like Mazzulla is doing enough and y'all will be celebrating soon enough. Was at the game. Half the fans were for Celtics. Jrue played sloppy from start. Really missed Derrick White. Setting last play for Hauser to shoot 3 vs Tatum to drive to the basket when covered by Gordon was crazy coaching. He must have been 1 for 10! Many opportunities for lobs that never happened. Then missed free throws – inexcusable! Sad to drive 2 hrs to see such a sloppy game after yesterday's sloppy game! Pritchard had 5 3's in first half and barely got a shot in the second half while Hauser took 3 in a row – all misses! JT missed 2 layups and no rebounding or defense on Hayward….ugh!
I'm done with this narrative that "it's OK", "they are fine", "Mazzulla is great", "they will be fine" BS. This team only won 1 Championship in the last half century. And you all are acting like they won just recently. And they will be fine. NO. WAKE UP! The modern celtics fan team standards obviously aren't high enough and part of the reason this team hasn't won squat in decades. I'm grilling everyone up until I see them hold the Trophy. I finally figured it out. Alot of fans are frustrated that Tatum is not on that Top 5 level yet, which is why we did not win the 2022 NBA Finals, and why the team constantly goes in and out of concentration and loses close games. And they are using Jaylen as a buffer and scapegoat to let out their frustrations on lol. It's hilarious and sad at the same time
