Really good conversation, seems like the emotions of the offseason have cooled quite a bit. He speaks very fondly of Portland and all his experiences here. A lot of conversation around his relationships with CJ and a bit about Ant.
My favorite part was hearing him talk about his experience at the NBA 75 ceremony. I’ve always thought of Dame as one of those people that’s confident everywhere they go so it was fun and humanizing to hear him talk about how being around MJ intimidated him.
All and all feels good to hear our boy talk from the other side. Really hope he and Giannis can go get that ring.
