Cleveland Cavaliers head coach J.B. Bickerstaff spoke to the media following a 122-119 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers at Wells Fargo Center on November 21, 2023.
TTop is actually one of the best backup caliber guys to guard strong skilled bigs in the league. Its his center of gravity. Its just a little bit lower, but WAY stronger.
Its one of those weird statistical anomalies where it kind of hurts you against some players, but in just the right circumstances its strangly effective.
Gotta give JB credit. Since sitting Mitchell and Levert Cavs have looked like a team… I hope both of those guys see this, and come back playing as TEAM, not so much iso ball…
Good win. But whats with this love affair with Dean Wade. He gets 31 minutes as a starter 🤯, and rewards us with 0 points on 0-4 shooting. He literally treats the ball like a hot potato, scared to do anything with it 😮
