Where the Warriors went wrong.

  1. To be fair Jonathan Kuminga has taken a big step this year and could get most improved. Moses Moody has also been a solid player. Then the rookie Brandon Podzemski has shown he can shoot the ball. I think the real problem is our turnovers and the lack of our shooting without Steph. Klay and Wiggins need to play better. This is probably the last year that they have a chance to get their final chip.

  2. What made Golden State unique is they found picks that wasn't much on paper and turned them into stars. Like Klay and Draymond now they have been at it so long they just never tried developing any more.

  3. Cavs fan, and even I marvel at how well the Warriors have drafted the past 10-15 years. To miss on Wiseman was tough, because I thought he would be good, and the fit was nice. Moody and Kuminga still need time to grow, and its very easy to look at guys available and go "Why didnt you take him?!?"

Hindsight is always 20/20, when Steph comes back they'll be fine

  4. I heard stuff like this back in 2022. As long as Steph has a chance to return to full health and form, I'm not counting out this team. It's like counting out a team with 2018 LBJ on it; you just never know.

  5. I don’t agree. I think Wagner and Sengun wouldn’t have developed as much as they did if they were drafted by the dubs. They would have gotten less playing time since the Dubs didn’t give their younger player minutes since they always tried to put the most experience lineup out to compete.

  6. Although they had the biggest chance to find starters in 2020 & 2021, they had not drafted any quality bench players either since probably K. Looney. To be fair other than Wiseman, who else was going to start? They traded for Wiggins and Green, Klay and Curry were never going to the bench.

  7. Comes down to age, DRAFTING 35 YEAR OLD 6 FOOT GUARD, and Steph injured + Draymond out for being a damn donkey

  8. Can’t even put the blame on Wiseman being ass when the former no. 1 pick in Wiggins is playing horribly too, that’s the root of the problem I feel, with limited spacing already due to Looney and Green not being shooters, Klay and Wiggins got to space it out but they both cannot put a ball in the ocean as of now

  9. lmao I hate these “what if” draft picks. like everyone knew how the pick would play out

  10. moody is a dawg if you watch the games. could easily start for them over draymond or wigs. kuminga is a bull in a china shop

  11. This is a lot like the Celtics in the late 80’s when they somehow landed a top 3 pick in Len Bias where he was praised to be a talented big coming out. But sadly he passed away before he got a chance to carry the reigns and the Celtics core just got too old to compete.

  12. I disagree – I think JK is starter calibre – the issue is that their Coach (Kerr) is too focused on continuing what he had success with not realising that his players for the most part have aged out of being able to play that way.

  13. Words continue to do the same things that have the same bad habits this going to continue to give you the same results and thinking that's going to give you a different as insanity

  14. You can’t be the best team for 10 years straight man. Their dominance might be over but theh had an absolutely LEGENDARY run, in my books only topped by the 2nd chicago threepeat.

  15. TBF about the Warriors draft, Franz was supposed to be drafted a few picks behind their own because the scouts believed Kuminga was better. Sengun was also predicted to be between the Warrior's first and second picks but Moody was seen as far better by the scouts and he was still on the board.

  16. Wiggins and Kaminga need to step up. The warriors need to trade Moody for a better veteran. They won four in the last eight seasons. It's a party at this point, but they need to trade for someone like Alex Caruso or DeRozan.

  17. Let's all get real here, bob myers ain't that great of a GM than he was given a credit for, he just catched the running train of the trio with iggy that time and evwrything comes into play in a go

  18. i remember wanting the spurs to pick sengun just had a feeling he'd be a good player in the nba instead we ended up wth primo and we all know what happened there

  19. Warriors aren’t washed it’s literally just 2 players absolutely selling the team on epic proportions and the coach doing nothing to help it
