his jump in consistency, and being able to finish at the rim has been actually ridiculous
He had 5 terrible games to start the year (have to imagine it was just shaking off rust from his ankle surgery recovery) and the last 9 have been beyond anything I could’ve ever expected from him at his peak, let alone right now after a wasted offseason.
Ball doesn’t particularly impress me. I just don’t see him as a winner.
His style of play may be fun on the playground, but it is not conductive to leading teams to any sort of success (or even to the playoffs)
