  1. adelphotes

    On track for 69-13

Ending had some theatrics worth staying up for, but still not enough

    Go Spurs Go

  2. Equivalent_Bet1519

    Another competitive loss

Also Devin Vassell is so good

  3. These are the types of losses that I could live with. The guys fought hard.

  4. someguyfromtecate

6pt loss to Curry/Klay/Paul Warriors. I can definitely live with that.

  5. we play well in the first half but we go tank mode in the second hlf then frfr in the last 3 minutes

  6. dthegreat

At least they aren’t getting blown out lately lol also glad Draymond didn’t play so wemby’s legs were safe

  7. rattatatouille

Shooting 27% from 3 won’t win you games, but we got it close.

Better being the scrappy, yet raw team rather than the sad sack we were a week before.

  8. Bonesawisready5

Proud of them. They are putting it together you can see. This took a bad performance from Zach, Devin on bench and 27% from 3 and only lose by 6

  9. Sorbetesman

Zach 0-7 from 3 like seriously. It feels like everyone has a green light on this team.

  10. Poor Wemby man, he ain’t used to losing like we do 😪 there’s a light at the end if the tunnel I think

  11. Background_Touchdown

Forward progress even in a loss. Cut down on the bone-headed mistakes, have a night where more 3’s fall in, tighten the rotation a bit, and they’ll get there.

  12. xxthinkpositive

Why can’t we put Tre Jones on the floor in the last minutes? 😭

  13. Bonesawisready5

Wow we had more rebounds, made more shots and had less TOs but still lost

  14. siphillis

Result still the same, but the team is demonstrably better than at the start of this losing streak. In particular, I’m very happy with Wemby’s approach on both ends since the players-only meeting.

That said, and stop me if you’ve heard this before, the guys need to find Wemby when he’s got the advantage near the basket. The reliance on threes just isn’t going to cut it against an elite offense.

  15. VeniceRapture

We don’t face the Pistons till January 10.

As much as I want to win, that long of a losing streak would be interesting to see lol

Edit: It would be a 28-game losing streak. 29 if we also lose to the Pistons

  16. Then-Activity7226

Another loss but at least the team is fighting hard and trying to be competitive. We’re just a bad team overall but keep fighting.

  17. rawsharks

Fun game except the end of the 3rd Quarter. Unfortunately 4 players combined for 2-24 from 3 and you can’t really win games on the road against tough teams with that. Curry’s ability to control the flow of the game also was huge.

  18. Imagine if we got the ball to the guy with the insane height advantage more than once every 10 plays!

  19. Dabawse26

Man Zach Collins just chucked to his hearts content

  20. Doctor-Bagels

was a loss but god damn we played hard the whole way, good shit boys.

  21. 6 assists for Collins and all of them were damn good ones! Absolutely shit the bed with the 3-ball though. If only 2 or 3 of those went in, we would be having a different conversation.

  22. Awkward_Toe_5501

Progress last 2 games. Not mad at all. Let’s hope it continues in the right direction

  23. keldpxowjwsn

Good fight at the end. Rookie mistakes did them in as well as again falling in love with the 3 ball. Collins took way too many instead of letting people make some moves and get open.

Good chance we dont win another game until 2024 though, portland game is the decider. Nuggets is a L for sure though

  24. CrissCrossAppleSos

2 straight games where the Spurs look like an actual nba team. Not bad

  25. EazyBreezee

There was 1 possession where Victor had Chris Paul on him and instead of passing it to him for the mismatch they pass to Zack Collins who added to his missed 3s total. Season in a nutshell right rhere

  26. I don’t know why but making a veteran team like GSW lose their marbles down the stretch was worth the struggle bus moments throughout the game from our young boys.

  27. rphydreamy

Everytike Malaki goes in everything goes to hot wet shit

  28. I can hardly think of anything to fault Wemby in this game. Yeah, he bit on a couple of fakes, but come on; that’s like his calling card now. The one 3 where Curry missed, relocated and then hit, Wemby was still there. Amazing game by this guy.

  29. diabolical-sun

We’re a young team. So I expect such issues. That being said, you can see the dramatic improvement the last 2 games. It’s unfortunate that it hasn’t converted into wins, but kudos to this young squad.

  30. The fact a 19 year old is damn near averaging 20 points is crazy tho

  31. YoungThrowaway_

I feel like the ethereal progress everybody has been talking about is finally coming to fruition, Jeremy looked great tonight aside from some experience related mistakes, and wemby is getting better and better at picking his spots (aside from chucking those last 3s). If we weren’t helping the homeless tonight we could’ve probably won imho.
