He looks like the worst player in a g league game. Don’t know what happened but the struggle is not a normal one
Don’t worry. Once he’s the worst shooter, the Arc system will turn him back into a good shooter. Like Dillon brooks.
That was the deal. Scottie becomes the team’s best 3 point shooter but our Dick becomes flaccid.

Or maybe the college 3pt line being closer leads to players not shooting as well in the NBA until they get used the new distance

I honestly can’t tell if something is different in the shot mechanics from his college shot that Sam is noticing, or if Sam is being sarcastic here because Dick’s still shooting really nicely in the video.
My take is that it’s the NOAH system
If you’ve never learned to shoot with something continuously giving you feedback, I think it can seriously mess you up.
Dick is shooting blanks. I’m kinda surprised Dekker is following raps from London.
He is still years younger than rookie Larry Bird, I’m recommending patience. Our team is learning how to play and find how to win first before they want him out there, he will be the 15+ point Mr. Dick bang bang in a few months at the earliest.

I’ve never seen a good shooter in college plummet like that. Even Jimmer Fredette, the ultimate “good in college, not NBA level” player still shot ok from 3.

Will Lou mentioned on one of the pods that he misses a lot of 3’s even in practice. So I imagine he’s got a pretty inconsistent shot right now which is obviously something he has to work on.
He’s been solid shooting FT’s though so I have to think that he’ll figure it out.
Can we hire lethal shooter?
For all those saying be patient or it’ll get fixed, that’s not the point here. The point here is, has something changed? If so, what is it, and why or how did that occur? Now if there anybody who can answer that question for reddit?
