Nuggets at #6 is realistic given Murray being out and with a ridiculous schedule that is about to get even wilder with yet another 5 games in 7 days stretch. Something interesting I hadn't considered before the season. Because of the in season tournament everybody is playing crazily compressed schedules. Could this be the toughest year ever for a defending champ given the mental and physical toll carried into the season and then having to play a suicidal schedule early on? Murray getting hurt during this stretch was terrible timing. If the tournament catches on every defending champ will face that same tough early season test.
