The inquiry into whether Oklahoma City Thunder guard **Josh Giddey** had an inappropriate relationship with a minor has hit a roadblock.
**TMZ Sports** has learned the alleged teen and her family are refusing to cooperate with officials.
Law enforcement sources tell us police would obviously like to speak with the purported female and those close to her to gather more information regarding the social media claims that made rounds over the weekend … but as of right now, no one is talking.

The most difficult part of this being prosecuted in Orange County is that the family knew about the relationship (Josh sent videos to her brother) and didn’t care. So it was unlikely they were going to work with any investigation.
The investigative unit do not necessarily need it but in a “low juice” type of case it’s far easier getting info from the family than waiting for subpoenas. They might not find it to be worth the effort other than wanting to prosecute a professional athlete

Like I said before. Absolutely nothing is going to happen to Giddey. He’s not talking and she’s not talking so there’s no case. This will be forgotten about once Ja Morant makes his return from suspension and the media has something else to talk about.
