  1. [Lamar was setting up a premeditated murder of a ref bringing up dictionary definitions on that challenge LOL.

Scoot’s passing this game was awesome, but I’m just so happy for Reath. Dude has been all over the world working for a chance to get into the NBA and now that his chance is here, he is making the most of it. Just feels good to root for him and we don’t win this game without his shift in the 4th.

Huge shout out to the bench unit with Reath, Scoot, Thybulle, and Sharpe. They really won us the game. Reath’s spacing in the second half in particular was really the key to us fixing the offensive issues and getting going offensively.

Also thought Scoot had a pretty good game despite the bad shooting – he’s reading the game at a high level and the passing was really crisp.

Scoots shooting isn’t there yet but man is he a great facilitator. Look just how much better we look with him and brog back.

  5. NevermoreSEA

Mitchell selling his soul for some calls at the end. Shameful.

  6. skulkingskeleton

Scoot with a +12 and a huge run of playmaking during the winning push. Dude’s gonna be a stud.

  7. allaboutthatpace

Holding a fully healthy Cavs team to 95 points has to be the most impressive team win in the Billups era

  8. spittafan

Yelling at my laptop GIVE IT TO SHARPE the whole fourth quarter. Either he was scoring or setting up open threes.

    also Duop Reath rules

  9. YoungAntiSocialite

Good dub. Love scoots playmaking. Hope the scoring comes.

  10. This team is solid when healthy man. 1 ref hose job away from beating 3 straight playoff teams on the road, and we’re still missing our best player

  11. redwheelbarrow_

Shaedon Sharpe masterclass. Hope he gets his 30 bomb for this season next game

  12. JPD050409

Shaes first double double, played 8 more minutes than the next blazer (39 total ) and pulled the team out of a slumping in the half. He is him

  13. Bieberkinz

Duop Reath, helluva player. Honestly should be a guaranteed contract guy

  14. Sensitive-Sorbet917

Yo this was wild. That squad with scoot, Bari, Reath set the tone and closed things out. SCOOOOT and of course SHAE

  15. Dixon_Uranuss3

Mad respect for Scoot. Shot wasn’t there but he played really good defense and made great passes and stayed into the game. Never pouted.

Shaedon Sharpe is an All-Star in the making!!!!! The amount of talent and athleticism be possess at only 20yrs old is insane!

Toumani and Walker are Pippen and Brian Grant reincarnated

This team is learning and growing every game and the progress has been fun to watch. This team seems to be figuring things out under Chauncey.

Scoot looked much better in the second half, glad to see that

Also first carter double double for Shaedon!!!!

  17. I knew Sharpe would start to click soon after getting his hand brace off. Playing basketball, especially shooting, with a brace on your dominant hand is tough

  18. drunkenyeknom

I missed the whole game but glad to see we won!

  19. CAPONE-N-NOREAGA

I’m glad we’re not a team trying to lose games. So what if we win 29 games… I’d rather see heart than trying to lose every night

  20. yuyuter123

The bench lineup with Duop, Bari, Tisse, Sharpe, and Scoot is so complementary. Duop basically has to play with Bari to cover up his lack of rebounding and paint presence. Scoot looks much better next to Shae and probably Ant as well than Brog who has a tendency to be static and conserve energy off ball, while also wanting to dominate touches, Tisse forces the issue and helps unlock transition opportunities for the young guys. Just makes sense.

Feel like staggering Grant/Brog creates a lot of wonky lineups with the bench mob.

  21. Oh, and you know, it’s in games like this one that I really appreciate Lamar. The perspective he brings to the game through the broadcasts really shines.

  22. freshbrainstump

So happy for Duop Reath, persisted against adversity to find a path to the NBA and is now getting some real minutes. He’s making a great impact too love his defence and spacing

  23. Hot_Local_Boys_PDX

Reath could be a treasure of a find. He’s now shooting 36.8% from three and was apparently a 36.0% three-point shooter across 114 international games, so there’s no reason to think he can’t shoot 35%+ from range here in the NBA over the course of a season.
