Early days but I dare say Podz is our best draft pick in YEARS. He is NBA ready-ready.

    Really is GPII twin

  2. CummingInTheNile

Klay and Kerr slander is off the menu for the next 24 hours

  3. Curious-Gain-4991

This is the best defensive display by Klay since maybe the injury.

  4. ShonLayyEmDown

Kerr should probably start trusting these young guys more

  5. Immediate-Cress-1014

LETS GO!!!! WE WON THE BATTLE FOR THE 10 SEED IN THE WEST!!!

But for real it’s nice to see a win. That Clippers team has been underperforming but they still have Harden, Kawhi, PG, and Westbrook.

  6. insertcleverphrase

I’m loving the performance from Podz. Great pickup this year.

  7. Very solid win against a good Clippers team who had all their guys. Impressive

  8. It’s nice to know we have a backup pg if/when it’s time to ship CP3 out.

  9. pedigreedimp97

Something’s wrong with my TV, the Warriors have more points than the opponent 😭

  10. I like that Moody finished the game. I like even more that Podz got to finish too because he was one of the 5 best players and earned it. Looney was off and Podz played great, happy to see Kerr ride the hot hand

Podziemski and Moody need to be prominently in the rotation no matter what. Both play extremely hard, fight for rebounds and loose balls like their life is on the line, aren’t going to get wrecked on defense, play within the system and can hit an open shot.

This team desperately needs all those things. I hope Cojo is out of the rotation when CP3 comes back. He’s been fine honestly, even great for his role. But Podz and Moody fit so much better with Steph and CP3.

I’d throw Kuminga in there too if he plays like today but he’s already fooled me before. His effort is extremely inconsistent. He was great in the last third of regular season last year so I hope he can find his rythm.

Still, I hate how he’ll jump on a non shooter pump fake atleast twice a game. Having patience with him is great but it’s his third year already. If he could shoot slightly better and atleast play like Podz, MoMo, Gp2 play, full effort, he’s exactly the kind of player this team needs with his athleticism, defense and rim pressure. Just not sure it will ever happen.

I was so wrong about Podz. I said it like 3 times this season already

  13. SeekingSignificance

Quality basketball against a quality team while being very undermanned. Good game!

  14. sergechewbacca

Moody, Podz and Kuminga incredibly solid.

Moody needs to play 30 mins every game.

  15. itlynstalyn

Gotta let that bench mob get more run. They were fantastic.

This might be the best game I’ve ever seen Kuminga play. Don’t get me wrong, he’s had more noisy games with huge highlights and better stats. Today, he did everything the team needs him to do and it was beautiful.

Play good, disciplined defense. In a defensive stance instead of upright. Usually he’s way too overagressive and gets blown by with ease. There was none of that today. His rotations off ball were on point all night. He even had a nice block on Westbrook helping at the rim, a rare sight from him. He was really fighting for rebounds today aswell.

Offensively, he was slightly more under control. But the important part came in the 4th. There’s no reason for him to not be getting 4-6 points off of lobs from Dray cutting from the corner when Steph gets trapped and there’s a 4v3. Only reason he doesn’t is because he’d rather stay in the corner and shoot an open 3 he usually misses (not today I know).

Suddenly, he went and cut STRONG twice in the same play. First one Zubac read it well because at the end of the day it’s Draymond with the ball and everybody knows he wants to pass. On the second one, Dray threw it and Kawhi fouled him (should’ve been 2 free throws).

I swear I get so frustrated with Kuminga. If he just stopped with that wild, silly kind of defense that only work if you’re elite at recovering from behind or if the team has an elite rim protector (he isn’t and the dubs doesn’t). And embraced playing with full effort all the time. Cut, be the first on the break, fight for rebounds, don’t settle for jumpers early in the possesion.. He’d be a key piece getting over 20 minutes every night.

I’m not too optimistic since he’s already shown flashes of doing all of the above and the game still seem to be moving too fast for him(and it’s his third year already). But a man can dream I guess.

  17. 2013idmroom

I think my favorite play was when Moody got the rebound while laying on the ground lol

  18. BUUAHAHAHA

I’m glad Moody got close to breaking 30 min of play time. Podz with 31 min is even more shocking. Is Kerr finally learning?

  19. t0177177y

Podz and Moody should never have less than 15 mins in any game ever again.

  20. this_is_ely

That Klay run early in the 4th was the happiest I’ve been for this man since Klay-day nearly 2 years ago.

  21. Steve, I say again, the kids are alright.

    Play Moody.

    Play JK.

    Play Podz.

    Good things will happen.

  22. Dubs beat Clippers. Clippers stomp Kings. So by the rule of transitivity we won that game!!

  23. Podz and Moses BALLING and making Klay play better.

Keep the young bros on the FLOOR, Kerr!

  24. macar0ni_rascal

/r/nba calling podz a flopper when he got fuckin wario tackled by james harden

  25. Used_Water_2468

I love the way Podz plays. Reminds me of DiVincenzo a little bit.

  26. Kuroyukito

Kerr getting called out after the Kings game might be the the best thing that’s happened. Hopefully he continues to play the young guys

  27. People keep saying that we are washed and I am not saying that is completely wrong but the difference between us winning and us losing is literally not playing brain dead basketball in the 4th quarter. Like Klay today in the fourth hit one tough 3 but then all his other points were looks that were created organically and by him creating them off ball. The team was very careful with the turnovers and the players kept playing the right way. This is the team we saw early into the season and this is the team we can be. It’s literally a matter of not crumbling under the pressure when the opposition starts making runs. This was our best 4th quarter performance all season maybe. Great dub and let’s hope we can carry this performance forward

  28. lawgirl22

Y’all hear Steph talking with Fitz and Kelenna? Yeah, he’s riding with Dray and Klay no matter what.

  29. Steph and Dray losing it while Klay goes off on a tangent about Bob and Kelenna being together for 5 years instead of answering Bob’s question is absolute gold lol

  30. Dray calling out basically 95% of this sub and all of Warriors media just now talking about it being a what have you done for me lately league 💀

  31. It was interesting to see Draymond with the young guys, it somewhat kinda kept his attention on teaching them what to do instead of jabbering with the refs and the other team for the entire game. Draymond’s personality is that he just needs to be chattering all the time and none of the others starters are anything like that so he ends up boiling over at the worst times cause there is no release for him on the team. Have Podz just go up to him all the time and be that obnoxious eager-beaver apprentice who asks a billion questions, which would piss off everyone else, but to Dray, he’ll get to play the “expert” like he loves to be and it’s perfect for both their personalities.

  32. Wow no way, Dray just said Lacob and the FO had to go to the league and campaign for them to be able to play a game on this date because of 11.30.23. It wasn’t just a happy accident. That’s awesome, I love Lacob for that.

  33. DatBoiLight21

Hopefully Steve Kerr will finally realize that he has more weapons to work with than he can imagine. Jesus, we are DEEP
