He was ejected based on his “blatant gestures”, yet he made no gestures? Makes no sense. Meanwhile, Beverly can throw a fit jumping in the air, waving his arms around and complaining and gets no T.

I mean he’d be justified in being mad if he were. There have been WAY too many uncalled for techs and ejections already this year, which has been particularly rich given the new resting policy all but forcing players to be on the court. How can Adam Silver really expect teams/players to respect and care to treat that policy with good faith when his refs are ejecting the same star players for being frustrated or complaining?? Like be serious.
Tatum, CP, Giannis, Jokic and Klay have now all been ejected from games already this season when they shouldn’t have been. And we’re not even 20 games in. Just as fans don’t pay to go to games just to watch their favorite players rest on the bench, they don’t pay to watch them be ejected because a ref’s ego was slighted.
Bunch of new refs got hired and they are all jumpy and have quick whistles because the game moves way too fast for them.
