Great recap as always or should I say more often than not!😂 RJ, Grimes and the rebounding are worrisome and we have to adjust down by 9 points to account for a more realistic sustainable 3 point shooting. That still makes us an ECF contender in my opinion. Derozan for Fournier, Grimes, trade exception for Obi and a 1st round pick? I would do that deal.

I think that against the Pistons the team was unfocused, already thinking about this game against the Raptors. That's normal. But Thibodeau could use the squad better. And yet RJ Barret is lacking confidence.

First and foremost, my sympathies to you and your family.
I totally agree with you that Brunson is a superstar. I’ve long considered him a star in this league, but I’ve been cautious about putting the word SUPER in front of star, however you’ve convinced me to go ahead and do so.
In addition to what you said about Brunson, he also makes his teammates better.
I’ve long been a critic of Randle, but I have to give him credit for how he’s been playing and for what he brings to the team when he plays within its system.
I think that Randle has finally come to the realization that this is Brunson team and that he’s Robin to Batman. Not a bad position to be in.
As for the super ‘Novas, what more can I say. If they can bring all the other players on the team up to their level it’s going to be exciting for the Knicks.
Then there’s Thibs. I’m not out just to bash Thibs, but why would he leave in his starters after Toronto had pulled theirs with two minutes remaining and the Knicks up by 16?
To me that wasn’t fair to his starters , especially after having played a tough game on a back to back and Randle having a sore knee.
I’m not suggesting anything, I’m just saying remember D Rose. 🤔
