  1. Just gonna chuck it out there, nothing wrong with kids playing zone when they are growing up in basketball. Teaching both sides of the ball from a young age can’t be a bad thing at all.

  2. Will Bucks defense will improve 2ith addition of Alex Caruso? Alex caruso will improve chances of all contendors! Eagerly waiting for the trade predictions video?

  3. As a Wolves fan it’s definitely the Timberwolves. Our defense is so good and so deep. ANT and Jaden are 2 of the best on ball defenders in the NBA, and Rudy is the best interior defender. Mike Conley is super smart defensively and he communicates with Rudy super well and warns him of cutting players(very underrated aspect). KAT has also been good defensively this year. NAW can lock up off the bench and Anderson is a good defender as well. Even Naz’s perimeter defense has been pretty impressive. Troy Brown Jr has also been good defensively as well. Literally everyone plays defense. And with ANT and KAT our offense will be top 10. Our team is good at almost everything. A #1 defense with a top 10 offense = championship favorites.

  4. also n.o has the most really good perimeter defenders on one team. lol herb jones, jose alvarado, dyson daniels, naji marshall, troy murphy even profiles as a good defender like said in podcast . like cmon man. this is impressive what they are doing to the kings tonight with zion scoring 10 points so far.

  5. Like everyone else is saying in the comments, it's the Wolves. 🌲🐺

People still aren't taking them seriously even with the way in which they've been winning their games this season and how elite their defensive depth is. Everyone is sleeping on them so badly. It seems the only person people have acknowledged this season so far is Ant, but the team as a whole is solid this year.

  6. If I where the Bucks I wouldn't have a lot of faith in Middleton this year. They need to go get someone named Bogdanavić. Either one makes them better.

  7. Great content on the Timberwolves, but all 3 of these guys need to pay more attention to the Wolves depth. A big reason they're currently the best team in the NBA isnt just because they have a few really good players. They have an elite bench. Naz Reid is shooting 50/40/90 as a bench player. That's insane. Anderson is a high IQ player with good defense and a few offensive quirks up his sleeve. Troy Brown is coming back into his own. This team is deep.

  8. If Rudy's current mobility stays thru the spring its Minnesota. Wolves also have one of the easier remaining schedules and unlike last year, they're winning games against bottom feeders they did poorly against last year. If the Wolves only go .500 from here on out that still is 46 wins, a bit higher win % and they're over 50 wins.

  9. Weird that wolves also currently 3-0 VS the other teams. It's the wolves cmon bruh not only will zion get hurt at some point but wolves will just continue locking mfs up in clutch time like they done all year . # 1 defense & #11 offense that's with Jaden out for weeks & ant for a few games

  10. A-one day one Thunder fan here. The one Thunder weakness is something super underrated and y’all touched on it, and it’s also the reason I would say Minnesota has the best chance, that would be experience.

I know the Wolves have not won anything but make no mistake, there are lessons in losses.

The experience and team continuity you gain in playoffs basketball even in losses is huge. I picked Nuggets to win it all Feb.2 of last season. Their eyes were glazed over idk how to explain it.

Not all teams learn from losses tho. Hence why we have not seen the Celtics raise a banner.

For the Pels I am just not sure they can stay healthy. It seems like one of JoVal, BI, CJ, or Zion is always hurt. That will keep them from building the type of continuity a team needs to get it done.

I loved what one of you said about the Thunder that they impose their will.

There was an interesting stat that progressed last season and it’s very telling even into this season, teams were failing to cover the spread at like a 76% clip their next game after playing Pacers, Bucks, and Thunder. Home, road, rest, 2in3, b2b it did not matter.

Thunder or pacers for that matter do not have a Giannis to beat up on teams. The Thunder even more so this year just play some great basketball.

They play like they have been playing together everyday for 5 years. They play how me and the guys I grew up with play when we get on at the Y.

Love the pod love the perception love the outlook preciate yall. LOVE❤

****one more thing the Pels and Timberwolves have played the Thunder really well the last 3 seasons. We have losing records against both since start of ‘21-‘22 season
