    Mikal Bridges’ first win vs the Hawks and WELL FUCKING DESERVED. Shout out to DSJ, the work ethic that guy has is NUTS, maybe not the best player but I haven’t seen a single play from him where I can say he wasn’t trying.

    I just want to say that this is further proof of the defensive intensity being the issue rather than the scheme. Mikal said they got back into it because DSJ brought intensity. CJ, Spence, and Jacque have all consistently stated they need higher defensive effort. That’s what we saw tonight. Our success on defense wasn’t predicated on an entirely new scheme, it was gritty effort.

    Mikal was cold blooded today. What a boss on both ends of the floor.

    DSJ has been everything we wanted since coming back from injury. Super aggressive on defense. Pushing the pace. Bringing the energy when we needed it.

    JV gets game ball for that ATO and not calling timeout at the end.

    Cam Thomas really looks super rusty. Not sure if he rushed back from the ankle injury or something. He couldn’t create space at all. Even when Bogdan or Trae was on him. I liked how he responded to traps in the second half.
