My honest opinions are: 1. fuck Steve Mills for the shitty return of the shitty trade and 2. KP’s thing has been and always be his health – any team that has him will forever agonize how he’s missed when he’s out. Not if, when.

He was never gonna work in NY. The city is hard for young guys to balance. Correct decisions were made where both ended up. Maybe a reunion since he’s matured

1. His trade request was immature and he has basically admitted to it. (Edit: Also that it was likely heavily influenced by his brother)
2. He would have been a perfect fit for this team.
3. I hate that he went to the Celtics.

Good player with a gigantic ego. I don’t hold any bitterness towards him but I’m not going “Once a Knick always a Knick” either.

I hate the guy a lot. He’s always gonna be injury prone anyway. I hate that he’s in Boston. If he ever came back I would immediately switch up and be a fan again

I don’t have strong feelings about him, one way or the other

Fuck em. Plain and simple.

I was really mad at him and the situation when he dipped, but I was happy to see him go. The risk was too great, he wanted a major bag and 7ft guys like him don’t have a great track record.
He tore his ACL, and he definitely lost a step and it still did take time to get back to form. This was all while he was developing. I’m glad the Knicks didn’t risk it all, and tbh if they did we undoubtedly wouldn’t have the team we have now.

Became broken once he joined Boston.
Most broken teams in the NBA: Bucks at #1, Celtics at #2, and Lakers at #3 (They always have been and always will be broken)

Loved him when he was a knick, hated him when he went to the mavs, but once he left the mavs I don’t have any strong feelings either way

Dude is in his 9th year. He’s been a non Knick way longer than he was a Knick. Why are we still talking about him?
bonusholes
Phil Jackson was a terrible prez and anyone would have been smart to get away
HokageEzio
He was that dude for a little bit. Rooted against him on the Mavs for the pick. At this point I’ve moved on.
firstbreathOOC
He’s probably in the situation he always needed to be, 3rd option, and he’s doing well in it.
XOnYurSpot
Those spin moves his rookie year? 🤌🏾🤌🏾 everything else? 🤮🤮
He pretty good though hopefully he stays healthy, maybe does some diva shit in Boston and Fuckin up they chemistry that’d be cool.

we wouldnt have been able to surround the right pieces with him and it was inevitable that he wouldnt be with us sooner or later due to our fanbases obsession with attaching ceilings on players.
