[Charania] Zach LaVine’s injury recovery coincidentally lines up with the mid-January date (Jan. 15th) where D’Angelo Russell and Rui Hachimura will be eligible for trade. Lakers and 76ers expected to have interest in trading for LaVine.

If they do trade zach to the lakers ak gotta make sure reaves in that deal. Reaves rui whatever other salary to match and a pick. If they not down for that then send him to the pistons

I live in DC now and have watched a good amount of Wiz games over the years. Rui is a talented player but he tends to be a ball stopper with tunnel vision who likes to go mid-range. He disrupts your team chemistry both offensively and defensively (who does that sound like?). Heâs best as a 6th man, like on the Lakers.
I get Russell would be just salary filler but I donât get his role on this team either. Would prefer to keep giving those minutes to Coby and Ayo and see what they can become now that theyâre locked up.

How is Zach for DLo a win in any way?
Yay, two role players with long-term contracts who are going to demand the ball/shots when we want Coby/Ayo/Pat to have the ball/shots and who have played ~ a full season once in their careers between them + worthless pick.

And I can guarantee Lavine won’t be a laker.
It’s gonna be a steal if they can get Reaves in the deal, that boy is a baller and will be a fan favorite in no time. We can trade DLo and get more assets for him, he’s good but I prefer watching Coby, Ayo, or Reaves develop into the Bulls future PG.

DLO is not a plus for us so it would have to include picks or a pick + young player. I’m not asking for the moon, but just Rui + One 1stRounder would be yet another fail for this organization.

How is klutch forcing Lavine to the Lakers for the benefit of Bron and the Lakers not tampering by the Lakers?
Why would the Bulls help them by taking on several mediocre players?
I wouldnât doubt Lavine has been tanking his own value to get to the Lakers. I hope if that happens the UC boos Zach mercilessly.

I just hope we get one piece that makes up for all we lost in the past trades. If its a player or future pick…just tired of these deals being good for others.

I think reaves is probably off the table but if they were to get like hachimura, Christie, maybe JHS, and a pick that’s actually a solid return
