As a firm believer the Mavs should be IN Dallas I’m okay with this location. It’s Irving but still feels very much like Dallas and only minutes from downtown.
Wish we could find a way to be on the Trinity but that seems like a pipe dream.

At least something would be getting built there hopefully. It’s been a giant empty lot with neverending construction since Texas Stadium was demolished back in 2010. 13 years of “Something’s coming!”
