After 20 games the Minnesota Timberwolves currently boast the best record in the NBA. After coming off a season where the wolves took a huge swing by trading for Rudy Gobert and under achieved, the Wolves are realizing their potential this year. Anthony Edwards continues to take leaps, Karl Anthony Towns is back healthy, Mike Conley is proving to be as good as ever, and Rudy Gobert will almost certainly win Defensive Player of the Year. So what’s behind the Wolves’ hot start, and can they maintain it?

Finally a wolves video. Your dignity is restored.
It wasn't a terrible trade. Casuals just don't know hoops
I love Vando, but 3 solid bench players, 1 end of the bench player destined to be cut, 1 rookie, 1 swap, and 2 additional picks to keep arguably the best perimeter defender in the league in Jaden McDaniels (to make a total of 4 picks) for a much needed skillset and the single biggest contributor to their early–and seemingly sustainable–success isn't as lopsided as fair-weather casuals seem to believe it to be (not just in terms of results garnered but also with respect to the balance sheet). Keep in mind that this deal was swung before the newest CBA agreement was put into place and thus should be contextually examined, for the sake of fairness.
Conversely, the Cavs gave up 1 bench player, 1 rookie from the lottery, 1 fringe All-NBA player (although this wasn't known to them prior to the trade), 2 swaps, and 3 picks for a fantastic yet somewhat redundant player (given Garland's skillset). It's beyond odd to me that the trade made in the wake of the Rudy deal isn't dissected with similar fervor.
He cook WEMBY with a hezi? When did that happened?
DO A BUCKS VIDEO ALREADY COMPLETELY SHUT OUT THE GREEK FREAK
Nuggets weren’t lying when they said the wolves was there toughest match up.
Ant’s been to the playoffs twice bruh, but hasn’t been out of the first round so I’m nitpicking
PS take a look at Ant’s numbers in the playoffs, however small a sample it might be
The Gobert trade doesn’t look like a failure this year but still a huge haul for a one way player 😂
Kat is actually doing something contributing to the team and it’s contributing to wins so overall kat is actually redeemable
While Ant is being different this season and he is proving that he can be a number one
Everyone is still sleeping on the wolves. Let's not forget that Mike Conley is one of the most underrated point guards in the NBA and utilizes Rudy Gobert to the best of his abilities. He is the head of the snake. Tim Conley the GM has constructed a very lengthy, talented team. It's not just the starters, the wolves have one of the deepest benches in the NBA, if not the best, if you have watched every game since the early 2000s you understand how much this means for Minnesota Fans. Rudy Gobert is healthy and playing back at his defensive MVP level. Towns who was once the only real threat, is the third best player on the team.
Anthony Edwards is becoming a superstar before everyone's eyes. Jaden McDaniels is one of the best defensive players in basketball and can score 20 a game when needed. Naz Reid wanted to stay in Minnesota because he knew how awesome this organization was, and how much the fans loved him.
Alexander Walker is amazing at defense and spreading the floor. Kyle Anderson could be a starter and knows how to run the point. We also added shake Milton and Brown JR, who is really coming into his own. Look out for Luke Garza when he finally gets minutes and Josh Minot, Leonard miller, Jaylen Clark. This is the most talented roster the wolves have ever had on paper mixed with veteran leadership, pure talent, and great coaching and ownership. Also to everyone that says the Rudy Gobert trade was a bust for all those pics. Who knows if any of those will work out. Also, to people that say the wolves will crumble against smaller teams in the playoffs. This is a completely different team than Utah with the best overall defense and top five offense. The length that the wolves have will shut down perimeter shooters. Enjoy the show ladies and gentlemen! 🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺
Dude you should've named this when gobert take shit personal
Make a Video talking about Rookies so far (im saying this so you can praise Jamie Jacquez Jr cause im a heat fan)
Still underating the wolves… nice
Against Denver last year in the First Round, Minnesota were missing NAZ Reid, Jaden McDaniels, and Kyle Anderson. Some of the better defenders on the team and good depth that was missing and we still took the Nuggets to 5 with most games with winning margins of 5 or less.
A nice team but I don't trust KAT or Gobert in the playoffs
I am familiar with your game
Damn nice to see the channel growing in Subs. I remember it was at around 30k for a good while and just realized almost at 50k now.
Soon 100K.
id appreciate it if you could give me copium about the blazers please and thank you
Since y’all talking about the wolves how about some love for the magic coming back to relevance?
We are not bandwagon some of us know gobert. Second best player in 2020 if defence mattered. Defense obviously doesnt matter because scoot henderson is getting clowned despite his insane defense for a rookie . Even when suggs is responsible for 2.1 wins for his team with zero offense
Blew out the grizzlies
“Marked safe from losing to Memphis”
Love my wolves 🐺
Here after the wolves blew out the Grizzlies by 20. You're all good, folks, no jinx here.
BLEW OUT GRIZZLIES
I USED TO PRAY FOR TIMES LIKE THIS
The team looks completely different. They look confident. They are blowing teams out, and i understand they have had an easier schedule, but im not worried about those other team.
yeah we didn’t lose. we broke the jinx 😂
NAZ REID.
