What a signing by the FO. Goga is an unsung hero of our success this season.

Dude got waived by Indiana last season. This season he has been the starting center on a team that has gone 15-2 (or something, I don’t remember but it’s good)

FIBA low key helped our team, everyone from our team that played in FIBA has been ballin this season. Goga has been great!

I am praying that he doesn’t fall out of the rotation when Wendell comes back. He has been exceptional and such a difference maker.

GooooGaaaa gotta get the chant going at home games. I’ve been yelling it since last season.

Both Goga and Mo have been huge, especially with the WCJ injury. But the team hasn’t lost a beat due to their consistent play.
Goga has been a pleasure to watch, both in his passing and shot blocking.

There’s something about a true center that knows his role that is so refreshing, it seems like we have had a lot of PF/C hybrid types. Goga’s in there to contest everything, set screens and finish around the rim, and he and Mose are doing a great job of maximizing his abilities while not overextending him.

I think our coaches have tasked him with blocks, rebounds and cuts to the rim. By not overwhelming him and simplifying his responsibilities he’s has flourished. No more stretch 5, Goga they attempted last year…just simple repeatable hoops. Love it!

Wendell is great but this dude was made in a lab to fit perfectly with Franz and Paolo.
If you told me we could replace Wendell with a guy who is a block, rebounding and assist machine all while having half the usage rate, I would have said you were either crazy or playing 2k.
Who would have thought substituting 2 higher usage guys (Fultz and WCJ) for effective low-usage guys (Black and Goga) and putting the ball in our 2 stars hands would be so successful?

At the game last night, I can confidently there is lots of love for Goga in the City Beautiful!
Man, he came onto the team and just fit perfectly like a missing puzzle piece.

Is Goga really Marcin Gortat reincarnated?
