Pacers most likely will fizzle out and/or get bounced early from the playoffs.
Regarding Pacers – If Benn Mathurin is taking a leap (like He did last night at 30pts / 7 rebounds / 8 assists) they are one star away to be big trouble. Doesn’t mean they are top tier for sure as they need to figure out how to play consistently at a high level. I’m a Pacers fan and agree – they are hard to figure out. They have rookies in the wings that need playing time and contracts to figure out as well.
Hali is in top five conversation thus far… it’s whether he can keep up these numbers – if he does for sure he is in that convo even if others disagree – Nick is correct🎉
In my eyes, Tyrese is definitely already a superstar and well pretty much deserves to be in the MVP conversation. Obviously there's a lot of season still to go and he needs to keep it up to cement the status.
