Love Loon but it is 100% clear what a difference it makes to have an athletic big, that can jump and jump again. It fundamentally shifted the Celtics attack who prior to his insertion were driving to rim and the Dubs were nothing but baby speed bumps to the score. TJD also changed the spacing because he always looks to score when recovering the ball under the rim where Loon has been getting stripped or passing the ball away from the rim for shots fundamentally more difficult than a quick put back.

I think 🤔 coaching staff is running for cover TJD, two games in a row looks like a lottery pick, strong, fast, high IG, nice offense, D is solid, one of greatest Hoosiers ever. He is so much better than Looney it’s not funny. All the Kumminga advancement makes me wonder what coaches are doing? Klay and Curry looked awesome but these young super athletic young guys the time has come! Start TJD and Kumminga. Kerr keeps wanting nostalgia days! Loon can’t run on fast breaks, his hands are sketchy, and he can’t get back on defense after missed shots. TJD solves all of those problems as well as being a more effective screener, switcher on defense, and massive lob threat.
Wiggins can play kuminga. Kuminga and TJD are both undersized, you need at least an average sized small forward like Wiggins in thr line up. They have won with Wiggins, green and Looney
